1. General Refund Policy

At Digita Marketing, we strive to deliver exceptional digital marketing services to all our clients in Gorakhpur, Lucknow, and across Uttar Pradesh. While we work diligently to achieve your business goals, we understand that circumstances may change.

2. SEO Services Refund Policy

Monthly Retainer Services

• Monthly SEO services are billed in advance each month
• If you cancel within the first 7 days of the billing cycle, you will receive a pro-rated refund for unused services
• After 7 days, no refunds are provided for the current month
• You can cancel any future payments with 30 days written notice
• Any completed work (reports, content, optimizations) remains our intellectual property

One-Time SEO Projects

• Full refund available if requested within 48 hours of payment and before work begins
• No refunds once work has started
• We may charge for work completed if refund is requested after commencement

3. Google Ads & Meta Ads Refund Policy

Management fees for paid advertising campaigns are separate from your ad spend:

• Management Fee Refunds: If you cancel within 7 days of payment before campaign launch, full refund. After campaign launch, pro-rated refunds may apply
• Ad Spend: Your advertising budget is managed directly with Google/Facebook. Refunds for ad spend are handled by the respective platforms per their policies
• Campaign Cancellation: 30 days written notice required. No refunds for current month's management fee after services have been rendered

4. Web Development & App Development Refund Policy

Payment Structure

• Projects require 50% down payment to begin work
• Final 50% payment due upon completion before delivery
• Changes and revisions included as per project scope

Cancellation & Refunds

• If you cancel before work begins (within 7 days of payment), 100% refund
• If you cancel after work has begun but within 30%, you receive 70% refund
• If you cancel after 30% completion, 50% of deposit retained
• If you cancel after 50% completion, no refund but work completed remains your property
• All completed code, designs, and assets become client property upon final payment

5. Content Creation Refund Policy

• Monthly content packages: Pro-rated refund if cancelled within 7 days of billing cycle
• One-time content projects: No refund once content is delivered and approved
• If content needs revisions, we provide 2 rounds of free revisions as per project scope

7. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

8. Non-Refundable Items

• Already completed work (SEO optimizations, delivered content, etc.)
• Third-party service costs (domain purchases, hosting fees, software licenses)
• Setup fees that have already been applied
• Google Ads spend or Facebook/Instagram ad spend

9. Disputes and Resolution

We are committed to resolving any concerns you may have. Before requesting a refund, please contact us to discuss the issue - we may be able to find a solution that works for both parties. Most issues can be resolved through communication.
